Michal Hoffmeyer

Michal Hoffmeyer was born in Oldenburg. As a member of the Oldenburg State Theatre's children's and youth choir, he took part in numerous productions from 2009. In 2021-2022, he completed his voluntary social year at the Cologne Children's Opera under the direction of Brigitta Gillessen. He has been a permanent assistant director at the Cologne Children's Opera since 2022. His first own directorial work was created in 2024 with the children's opera ‘Nils Karlsson Däumling’ by Thierry Tidrow.
